Update 2020-10-18 - Varied Regions

This is another standard weekly update. The regions now are very different, which should make your cities more interesting.

Additionally, there is now a move animation and I've reduced the number of research options open at any time. I also cleaned up a bunch of small images, made some bug fixes and integrated a couple of Orwell essays.
